Willoughby Brewing highlighted in Cleveland Magazine
Willoughby Brewing Co. in Willoughby picked up a mention in Cleveland Magazine's Best of Cleveland 2011 edition. Not for its beer, which is worthy, but for its beer soup. "With the consistency of a chowder that's nearly a fondue flecked with bacon shards and wisps of onion, garlic and sweet peppers, the Willoughby Brewing Co.'s potato cheddar ale soup makes a temporary detour from your diet totally worthwhile," the magazine says. "Potatoes and cheddar belong together, but they do something magical when combined with the brewery's Rusty Rail Pale Ale." To read the Best of Cleveland 2011 winners, click here.
