Cabrera leaves game with arm injury
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.: Asdrubal Cabrera left the game in the first inning after he and third baseman Jhonny Peralta collided as they dived for a ground ball hit by Tampa Bay's Hank Blalock.
Cabrera stopped the ball, but Peralta rolled over him and Cabrera remained on the dirt in obvious pain with what was described as a forearm injury.
