Carlos Santana sitting out again for Indians
BALTIMORE: Carlos Santana will miss his second consecutive game tonight because of soreness in his right side near his back.
"It's better but I still feel it a little,'' he said. ""They put ice on it, and today I rode the bike, but they didn't tell me when I could come back.''
Manager Manny Acta doesn't want to rush Santana's return.
"We're shooting for Sunday,'' the manager said. ""He's feeling a lot better today, but we don't want him to take a step back. So he won't take batting practice todsy, either.''
