Choo late scratch, Duncan takes lineup spot
CLEVELAND: A few minutes before today's game was set to start, the Indians announced that Shin-Soo Choo had been pulled from the lineup because of soreness in his right trunk.
Taking his place in the lineup was Shelley Duncan, who was installed as the left-fielder. That created a domino effect with Ezequiel Carrera moving from left to center and Kosuke Fukudome moving from center to right.
Cord Phelps, called up from Columbus Tuesday night, was in the lineup batting second and playing second base.
