Cleveland Indians
Cleveland's 9th through 11th rounders
The Indians selected RHP Jordan Cooper, a sophomore out of Wichita State in the ninth round (270th overall). Cooper originally was a 17th-round selection of the Boston Red Sox in 2008, but did not sign.
In the 10th round, the Tribe went with CF Tyler Holt, a 5-foot-11, 190-pound junior out of Florida State. Holt is a speedy outfielder "with a decent bat, albeit with below-average power," according to MLB.com's draft report.
The Indians dipped into the high school ranks again in the 11th round, selecting LF and 6-foot-2, 185-pound Hunter Jones out of California's Lakewood High School.
