Fever keeps Peralta out of lineup
CLEVELAND: Jhonny Peralta is not in tonight's starting lineup against Detoit, but he could pinch hit if necessary.

""Jhonny came to the park yesterday with a high fever,'' manager Manny Acta said this afternoon. ""He couldn't even do the workout. As a precaution, we're giving him tonight off.
""He's doing much better today. The fever broke last night. So he will be available if we need him during the game.''
How much more time will Asdrubal Cabrera need in the minors becfore he is ready to be activated off the disqabled list?
""All the reports are good,'' Acta said. ""He got a couple of hits last night (at Akron). He's DHing tonight. We're not putting a number on how many at-bats he gets. It could be 30. It could be less than 30, whenever we feel and he feels that he's ready. There's no timetable. But when he gets here, we don't want him to scuffle.''
