Free Aeros playoff tickets - if the team makes it
The Akron Aeros are offering free tickets to potential Eastern League post-season games at Canal Park this season beginning Monday at 10 a.m.
Tickets can be purchased in person, over the phone or online. According to the team, the only fee for the Aeros playoff tickets will be a $1 convenience charge for fans purchasing tickets online at www.akronaeros.com.
The Aeros are the defending 2009 Eastern League Champions and have won the Southern Division post-season title for five consecutive years.
However, after recently suffering a six-game losing streak, the Aeros (58-55) are currently in fourth place in the E.L.'s Western Division, eight games behind first-place Altoona.
