Hernandez leaves game with ankle sprain
CLEVELAND: After throwing his second pitch to Seth Smith in the third inning, Roberto Hernandez called catcher Lou Marson to the mound.
Soon manager Manny Acta trotted to the mound and Hernandez left with an undisclosed injury that later was revealed to be a sprained right ankle.
He was replaced by Chris Seddon, who gave up an RBI single to Chris Carter that drove in a run charged to Carmona, who lasted 2 1/3 innings and gave up three runs on four hits and a walk..
