Here’s how the Indians four minor league clubs fared Wednesday:

Triple-A Columbus Clippers (4-2) – The Clippers were off...Notes: Columbus is batting .275 as a team, the second highest team batting average in the International League…INF CORD PHELPS is batting .440 (11-for-25) with two home runs, seven RBI and five runs scored through six games. He also is tied for the league leader in total bases with 20 and is third in on-base percentage at .517…RHP JENSEN LEWIS has two saves...Lewis, along with RHP JOE MARTINEZ and RHP CARLTON SMITH have combined to pitch 7 1/3 scoreless innings while combining to strike out nine...OF EZEQUIEL CARRERA is batting .348 (8-for-23) with a league-leading eight runs scored...3B LONNIE CHISENHALL is batting .292 with five doubles, a home run and seven RBI.

Double-A Aeros (4-3) – The host Aeros defeated Altoona 3-2...RHP JOE GARDNER (2-0, 3.27 ERA) picked up his second win of theyoung season after limiting the Curve a run on three hits over five innings...OF JOHN DRENNEN hit his first home run of the season - a solo shot that proved the difference in the game...Relievers LHP NICK HAGADONE and RHP MATTHEW LANGWELL combined to pitch three scoreless innings with five strikeouts and just one hit allowed...RHP CORY BURNS gave up an unearned run in the top of the ninth, but rebounded to strike out the side and record his fourth save...1B MATT MCBRIDE went 3-for-3 with an RBI, a walk and a run scored...3B JASON DONALD continued his rehab assignment with the Aeros, going 2-for-4 with two singles, a stolen base and a run scored.

High Class-A Kinston (1-5) – The host K-Tribe suffered its fifth consecutive loss via 2-1 defeat by Wilmington...LHP DREW POMERANZ, the Tribe's first pick (fifth overall) in the 2010 draft, continued to shine in his second professional start in allowing only an unearned run on a hit and two walks while striking out eight over 5 2/3 innings...INF ADAM ABRAHAM homered for the third consecutive game to give Kinston its only run in the second inning...INF JUSTIN TOOLE was 2-for-3 on the day.

Low Class-A Lake County (4-3) – The Captains recorded their second win by 10 runs or more this season after hammering Dayton 13-1. Lake County scored the first six runs of the game - all in the bottom of the third inning. The Captains offense finished the day with 14 hits while their pitchers limited the Dragons just three...LHP MIKE RAYL (2-0) allowed just one hit over six scoreless innings while striking out six to earn his second consecutive win...DH ALEX MONSALVE hit the game’s only home run - a three-run shot in the six-run inning while five players had multiple hits in INF TYLER CANNON (2-for-5, RBI), INF GIOVANNY URSHELA (3-for-5, RBI), INF JESUS AGUILAR (2-for-5, 2 RBI), C ALEX LAVISKY (2-for-5, RBI) and OF ANTHONY GALLAS (2-for-4).
