Here's how the Tribe's minor league teams fared Thursday:

Triple-A Columbus (21-6) - The Clippers 13-game winning streak came to an end with a 10-3 loss to visiting Lehigh Valley at Huntington Park...RHP Corey Kluber (0-3, 7.43 ERA) is still in search of his first win of the season after dishing up seven runs (six earned) on six hits (including a grand slam) and four walks over five innings in the loss...OF LUIS VALBUENA had the only extra-base hit of the day along with a RBI as the IronPigs pitching staff limited the usually explosive Clippers offense to four hits on the day...The Clippers trailed by a run, 3-2, until Lehigh OF BRANDON MOSS hit a grand slam off Kluber in the fifth inning. He another homer in the ninth inning - this one a three-run shot to finish the game 2-for-4 with seven RBI.

Double-A Akron (13-14) - The Aeros lost the rubber match of their three-game set with Altoona Curve 4-for-3 at Blair County Ballpark...LHP MATT PACKER (0-4, 4.67 ERA) was credited with the loss after allowing four runs (three earned) on six hits, while striking out five and walking two in 6 1/3 innings...The Aeros got off to a good start after 1B MATT MCBRIDE hit a two-run home run, his second consecutive homer in as many days to give Akron a 2-1 advantage...However, the Curve began their come-from-behind rally in the fifth inning and never looked back...OF TIM FEDROFF went 3-for-5, including a RBI-double in the seventh inning that trimmed Altoona's lead to 4-3. He finished 2-for-4 on the day...OF JOHN DRENNEN and INF KAREXON SANCHEZ each added two hits.

High Class-A Kinston (11-15) - The K-Tribe defeated Potomac 3-1 for their second straight win...RHP BRETT BRACH (3-1, 1.25 ERA) pitched 6 1/3 effective innings, allowing only one run on two hits, walking three and striking out five...Brach gave up an infield hit to the first batter of the game and did not allow another hit until the top of seventh...RHP PRESTON GUILMET pitched a scoreless ninth inning with two strikeouts for his fourth save of the season...INF ADAM ABRAHAM was 2-for-4 with a RBI...INF JUSTIN TOOLE hit 2-for-4 with two runs scored.

Low Class-A Lake County (15-13) - After back to back one-hitters for the Captains pitching staff, RHP KYLE BLAIR cruised through five innings but earned the no-decision despite seven strikeouts in 5 1/3 frames in a 9-8 loss...A grand slam by Hot Rod SS DEREK DIETRICH (a Cleveland St. Ignatius High School product) gave the visitors an 8-7 lead before 1B PHIL WUNDERLICH hit the game-winning homer in the ninth...C DWIGHT CHILDS and INF GIOVANNY URSHELA each had multi-hit performances, including a home run by Urshela...RHP NIKOLAS SARIANIDES struck out five of the seven batters he faced in the final two innings but the lone hit against him was the game-winning home run.
