Indians home opener sells out in six minutes
The Indians' home opener against the New York Yankees sold out in six minutes after tickets went on sale this morning.
It was one of the fastest sellouts in Indians history, according to an e-mailed team release.
Fans without Opening Day tickets can still attend the game by purchasing full-season ticket packages. Tickets for all other individual games are on sale now at Indians.com.
The Indians play the Yankeesat Progressive Field on April 8 at 4:05 p.m. The team opens opens the season at Toronto on April 2.
