A look at how the Indians Minor League affiliates fared Monday:

Triple-A Columbus (67-47) - Following a sweep by host Buffalo Sunday, the Clippers were postponed at Syracuse Monday due to weather....A double header is scheduled for today... It was recently announced that Clippers skipper Mike Sarbaugh will be the manager of the Peoria Javelinas of the Arizona Fall League. In July, he was a coach for the US Team at the XM Future’s Game in Los Angeles.

Double-A Akron (58-55) - The Aeros enjoyed a scheduled day off Monday...The team is back in action Tuesday, when they kick off a six-game home stand against Reading and New Britain.

High Class-A Kinston (19-23 in second half) - Visiting Kinston topped Salem 5-2 thanks to a three-run seventh inning...LHP T.J. House (5-8, 3.62 ERA) picked up the win by limiting Salem to two runs while scattering eight hits over seven strong innings...SS Juan Diaz led the way on offense, going 3-for-4 with a run scored and RBI.

Low Class-A Lake County (20-23 in second half) - Visiting Lake County blew out South Bend 11-2, sparked by a five-run first and on the strength of 15 overall hits...RHP Brett Brach (4-6, 2.88 ERA) earnd the win by limiting the Silver Hawks to two runs on five hits over seven solid frames...SS Casey Frawley, C Roberto Perez and RF Jason Smit each had three RBI... Captains OF Delvi Cid leads all of minor league baseball with 56 stolen bases.

Short-season Mahoning Valley (20-31) - Host Mahoning Valley used a three-run sixth inning to cruise to a 4-1 victory over Aberdeen...Indians rehabbing RHP Mitch Talbot allowed just one run on two hits over his scheduled three innings of work to open the game...3B Giovanny Urshela went 3-for-4 with two runs scored and an RBI...1B Jesus Aguilar had two RBI.
