More bad news for Tribe?
CLEVELAND: It's too early to tell if Vinnie Pestano will miss much if any time, but he was summoned to throw the ninth inning tonight and left before throwing a pitch.
""His back tightened up,'' manager Manny Acta said. ""He wanted to stay, but we took him out as a precaution.''
There was no medical updates after the 4-0 loss to the Rangers. Pestano has quickly worked his way into being a dominating setup man for the Tribe. If he were to miss any time, Acdta probably would call mostly on Tony Sipp to hold leads in the eighth inning.
