Poll: If they can, should the Indians void Fausto Carmona's contract?
In October, the Indians picked up a $7 million option for 2012 on Fausto Carmona. But as NBCSports.com points out, Carmona's false identity charge could allow the Indians to void his contract. But should they? Let us know in the poll below and in the comments.
Carmona was 7-15 with a 5.25 ERA in 32 starts this season. He is signed through the 2012 season with club options for 2013 and 2014.
