Santana to Cleveland?
WTAM 1000 reported early Thursday morning that C Carlos Santana has been called up from Triple-A Columbus and will make his major league debut as RHP Stephen Strasburg and the Nationals head to Progressive Field for this weekend's series.
The radio station credited ESPN Deportes as their source.
Santana is the Indians No. 1 prospect according to Baseball America. He is batting .316 with 14 doubles, 13 home runs, 51 RBI and owns more walks (45) than strikeouts (39) in 57 games with the Clippers.
