Saturday's look around the Indians minor leagues

A look at how the Indians Minor League affiliates fared Saturday:

Triple-A Columbus (6-3) - The Clippers topped host Louisville 3-1 with single runs in the first, sixth and ninth. RHP Yohan Pino (2-0, 1.50 ERA) limited the Bats to just four hits and a walk while striking out six in seven strong innings to earn the win. One of Columbus four hits was by C Carlos Santana, who drove in a run with a single and walked to raise his batting average to .414.

Double-A Aeros (5-5) - The Aeros dropped their fourth consecutive game 3-2 and their third straight at Canal Park to Bowie on a chilly and windy afternoon. RHP Ryan Edell allowed just two runs on three hits over six innings, but earned a no decision...Second baseman Cord Phelps hit his second home run of the season and is now batting .385.

High Class-A Kinston (3-7) - The K-Tribe lost 7-3 to host Winston-Salem despite a mini-two-run rally in the top of the ninth inning. CF Donnie Webb went 3-for-4 with a run scored and 3B Kyle Bellows went 2-for-4 with 2 RBI. LHP T.J. House (0-2) suffered his second loss in giving up four runs (three earned) on six hits and two walks in five innings.

Low Class-A Lake County (9-1) - The Captains lost their first game of the season, falling 6-2 to visiting Fort Wayne. RHP Clayton Cook and LHP Matt Packer each allowed three runs a piece in defeat. Taiwanese C Chun-Hsiu Chen hit a home run, drove in a run and scored a run. LF Bo Greenwell continued to swing a hot bat, hitting a double and scoring a run to raise his batting average to .410.
