Akron vs. Cincinnati prediction

The Zips must push the ball and get touchdowns -- especially early.
I can see Akron's defense getting in a groove later in the game, but early, watch for the Bearcats to march. That is why it's important that the Zips stay close in the first half.
Cincinnati's blogger thinks it will be a 35-13 blowout. With due respect, Akron was closer to Wisconsin than that. That game was on the road, and the Badgers are better than the Bearcats.
If Akron stays close early and dominates the turnover battle, it will be an upset. Because that's too much to ask, I don't think the Zips will win. However, I certainly wouldn't count them out. The 11-point spread seems fair.
Prediction: Akron 24, Cincinnati 35
