Brookhart: NC State's talent equals PSU's

NC State may have lost six players to the NFL, but Zips coach J.D. Brookhart hasn't noticed.
In fact, Brookhart implied the Wolfpack's talent is up to par with Penn State's, the News & Observer reports.
