I got ahold of a reliable source just now. I can say that these rumors are more than rumors, but nothing is finalized. In fact, you might not hear another thing about it if this person decides to stay.
As everyone knows, Akron's success will lead to job opportunities at other schools, whether it be an athletic director, head coach or hot dog vendor.
As with any job swap, I'm sure a variety of factors are in play to make that decision. From what I've heard though, everyone loves Mack Rhoades and his administration is a great place to work.
