Lineman charged with felonious assault
Football
Defensive lineman Cowles Stewart has been charged with felonious assault after allegedly punching a man in the face until he went unconscious.
The team suspended Stewart following the charges, stemming from an incident last month.
The bad news continues for this team. First, it was major donor Gary Taylor having a serious heart problem. Next, it was Chris Jacquemain being suspended indefinitely. Then, it was a beatdown by Indiana in front of a lackluster crowd. Now, it's Stewart facing serious charges. Soon, you will hear about a recruiting problem.
When does this end?
