According to Scout.com, Akron locked up three more athletes for 2009.

Blake Fraley, middle linebacker, Hilliard, Ohio Offers: Akron Height: 6-foot-3 Weight: 205 Speed: Not listed Notes: Rivals.com does not have a profile on Fraley. Scout.com gives him one star.
Joe Petrides, offensive guard, Baltimore Offers: Akron Height: 6-5 Weight: 240 Speed: Not listed Notes: Scout also lists him as a tight end. Rivals does not have a profile for him.
Grant Williams, tight end, Ballard, Ky. Offers: Akron and Eastern Michigan Height: 6-4 Weight: 210 Speed: Not listed Notes: Williams said Akron had everything he was looking for, according to a Scout article.

Devin Figaro, receiver, Lafayette, La. (now Hargrave Military Academy) Offers: Akron, East Carolina, Marshall, Mississippi, Tulane, Alabama-Birmingham Height: 6-3 Weight: 195 Speed: 4.43 Notes: Scout.com gives Figaro three stars. Rivals does, too. His dream school appears to be LSU.
Jack Candy, safety, Coffeyville, Kan. Offers: Akron, Colorado State, Houston, Memphis and Alabama-Birmingham Height: 6-0 Weight: 200 Speed: 4.5 Notes: Candy attended Coffeyville (the same JC as Miguel Graham) after going to high school in Florida with hopes to earn a D-I scholarship. He visited Akron on Nov. 28. He hopes to commit in December. He will have three years of eligibility remaining.
Shamarko Thomas, safety, Virginia Beach, Va. Offers: Akron, Kent State, Connecticut, Louisville and Marshall Height: 5-10 Weight: 195 Speed: 4.4 Notes: Louisville is the leader. Although Thomas did not mention Akron in a Scout article, he said early playing time will be a big factor.
Nolan MacMillan, offensive tackle, Princeton, N.J. Offers: Akron, Connecticut, Louisville, Iowa, Rutgers, South Florida and Tulane Height: 6-6 Weight: 284 Speed: 4.93 Notes: MacMillon went to high school in Canada, after which he did not receive much attention. He is attending the Hun prep school. After has recruited from there before.
