Wood to return Saturday
Men's basketball
UofAZips.com is reporting that Keith Dambrot expects Jeremiah Wood to return by Saturday's nationally televised game against Virginia Commonwealth.
While not quite a John Mackey return, seeing Wood back in half the expected time would provide a great boost. My concern is bringing him back against a nonconference opponent. There's nothing wrong with giving him another week in order to get him back at 100 percent, rather than 80.
Football
Jason Taylor will participate in the next season of "Dancing With the Stars."
He will butt heads with the likes of Adam Carolla, formerly of "The Man Show."
