Another Mount Union commit

West Branch High School senior TJ Snyder has committed to attend Mount Union College and compete on the football team this fall.

Snyder, a 6-4, 320-pound offensive lineman, was the team captain and won the school team leadership award for coach Bob Altenhof at West Branch High School.

 Mount Union went 15-0 last season and claimed its 10th NCAA Division III National Championship. 

Larry Kehres begins his 35th season at Mount Union in 2009 and 24th as head football coach with a 275-21-3 record.  The Purple Raiders open the 2009 season Saturday, Sept. 5 at 4 p.m. at St. John Fisher College in Pittsford, NY.
