Medina, Jackson girls; Hudson boys near state lacrosse finals

The Medina girls lacrosse team is just two wins shy of winning a fourth Division I state championship in a row.

Medina and Jackson will play in separate girls Division I state semifinal matches on Friday at New Albany High School. Jackson and Upper Arlington start at 5:15. Medina and Cincinnati Sycamore will start at approximately 7:30.

The girls state final is at 12:30 Saturday at Thomas Worthington High School.

The Hudson boys will host Cleveland St. Ignatius at noon Saturday in a Division I regional final. The boys state semifinals are Wednesday and the final is Saturday.
