The AP released its weekly poll surveying the best programs in the state's six divisions Tuesday.  Several area high schools have made the grade:

Div. I:

Massillon (4-0) checks in at No. 10, its first appearance in the rankings this year after trouncing North Canton Hoover 56-19 last week.

Medina (4-0) didn't make it into the Top 10, but sits outside it.

Div. II:

Copley (4-0) beat Highland 26-14 last week to remain undefeated and gain its first entry into the Top 10 of the season.

A loss to Mentor Lake Catholic saw to it that Walsh Jesuit slipped from the Top 10, but 4-0 Lake sits just outside of it.

Div. III

Alliance' s Marlington (4-0) moves from the up two slots to No. 8 in the D-III poll, while St. Vincent-St. Mary sits within striking distance of the Top 10.

Div. IV

Manchester (4-0) blew Timken away 50-0 last Friday night, a win good enough to move them up three spots to No. 5 in the D-IV poll.  Orrville gets a mention just outside the Top 10.

Div. VI

Mogadore (4-0) cracks the Top 10 for the first time with a 4-0 record.
