State Wrestling Championships: 34 area wrestlers advance to semifinal round

The following area wrestlers won their quarterfinal (second-round) matches at the 75th Ohio State Wrestling Championships today. These 34 wrestlers will compete in tonight's semifinal round and are two wins away from winning a state championship:

Division I: Lakewood St. Edward leads with 91.5 points. Perry is second with 37.5 points and Wadsworth is seventh with 20.0 points.

Division II: St. Paris Graham leads with 81.5 points. CVCA is third with 32.0 points, Walsh is fifth with 26.5 points and St. V-M is tied for seventh with 23.0 points.

Division III: Waynedale leads with 41.0 points. Rootstown is fifth with 21.0 points and Garrettsville is sixth with 19.5 points.
