Talented Hoban defensive ends getting West Coast interest

Hoban junior defensive ends Greg McMullen and LaTroy Lewis continue to receive a few more offers and interest from other schools, according to Hoban coach Ralph Orsini.

McMullen and Lewis – two of the state’s best defensive ends in the 2012 class – have received recent interest from West Coast schools, according to Orsini. Oregon and Stanford have called Orsini about both players.

“A number of other schools have inquired about both,” Orsini said.

Orsini said both have been offered by Michigan. Boston College has interest in both players. McMullen has been offered by Notre Dame and Tennessee offered Lewis.

Orsini said this summer both players will narrow their choices after a few visits. “We all hope that they will make a decision before the season,” Orsini said.
