Cook commits to Michigan State

By mdyer Published: April 13, 2010

Walsh Jesuit junior QB Connor Cook (6-5, 200) has made an oral commitment to play at Michigan State, according to Walsh Jesuit coach Gerry Rardin.

Rardin said Cook committed to the Spartans this past weekend during an unofficial visit.

"Their offense is similar to ours," Rardin said. "The atmosphere created by the coaching staff seemed to be the primary reason why he felt so comfortable there along with the fact they offered him so early."

Cook also had an offer from Miami (Ohio).
