Report: Boston College offers Hoobler
Orrville senior-to-be MLB Chase Hoobler (6-3, 225) has been offered by Boston College, according to ScoutingOhio.com.
Hoobler also reportedly has offers from Louisville, Indiana and several MAC schools.

Ontko could decide this summer
Walsh Jesuit senior-to-be RB-DB Cameron Ontko (6-0, 215) has five scholarship offers as of this morning. He has offers from Georgia Tech, Wisconsin, Indiana, Eastern Michigan and Bowling Green.
There could be more offers on the way for Ontko, one of the state's top players in the 2010 class.

TV update
Fox College Sports will broadcast the medal games of the Junior World Championship at Fawcett Stadium the weekend of July 4. Charles Davis will be the lead analyst for the games.
The bronze medal game is July 4 at 7 p.m. The gold medal game is July 5 at 1 p.m. The gold medal game will also be streamed live on FoxCollegeSports.com.

State softball to stay through 2017
The state softball finals will remain at Firestone Stadium through 2017, the OHSAA announced today. The originial three-year contract was extended to 10 years to host the tournament.
The state finals, which included four divisions and 12 games, drew 10,182 fans through the turnstiles June 4-6.

Stanton averaged 9.1 points, 9.4 rebounds and 2.2 blocks last season. She also considered Seton Hall, Toledo, Bowling Green and Youngstown State.

St. Vincent-St. Mary senior OT/DE Nate Nasrallah (6-0, 235) has signed to play football at Malone University. Nasrallah was a Division IV all-district nominee twice and was the SVSM co-leader with nine sacks for the Irish in 2008. He was second on the team with 69 tackles.
Nasrallah has a 3.9 GPA and lettered three years in wrestling and twice in baseball.
