Girls and boys track: Division II Ravenna regional recap
There wasn't an overwhelming amount of success achieved by local athletes at the Division II Ravenna regional, which began Thursday and concluded Saturday afternoon.
The Collinwood girls won a team title, and Poland Seminary finished first on the boys' side.
Crestwood set the bar for local girls teams with an eighth-place finish, and the Archbishop Hoban boys led the area with a seventh-place showing.
The only local individual champions -- junior Sammi Vaughan (girls 3,200 run, 11:39.32) and senior Brandan McGee (boys 1,600 run, 4:21.73) -- hail from Crestwood.
