Lake's Konz selected by Seahawks with 245th pick
The Seattle Seahawks drafted Hartville native Jameson Konz in the seventh round of the 2010 NFL Draft with the 245th selection.
Konz is 6-foot-3 and 234-pounds and played football at Lake High School and Kent State University. He possesses a vertical leap of 46 inches and has run a 4.41-second 40-yard dash.
The Seahawks envision using Konz as a wide receiver. He played tight end, halfback and linebacker for the Golden Flashes.
