Report: Zips offer defensive tackle
Hamilton junior DT Darius Gilbert (6-2, 250) has reportedly been offered by Akron, according to TriStatefootball.com.
Hamilton is a Division I program north of Cincinnati. It plays in the Greater Miami Conference.
Gilbert had 8.5 sacks and a fumble recovery in 2008.
