Update on Walsh Jesuit football
The Walsh Jesuit football team scrimmaged GlenOak Saturday and the Warriors held the scoring advantage, according to Walsh coach Gerry Rardin.
Walsh senior QB Connor Cook (Michigan State commit) has been impressive in the preseason.
"Cook has been making great decisions and playing like a kid going to the Big 10," Rardin said.
The offensive line has been consistent, yet Rardin said he wants more improvement from the defense right now.
Walsh opens the season against visiting Louisville at 7 p.m. Aug. 27.
