Wednesday recruiting notebook: Hudson's Gedeon gets Tennessee offer
- Hudson junior linebacker Ben Gedeon has reportedly added an offer from Tennessee, according to ScoutingOhio.com. Gedeon, who is 6 feet 2 and 220 pounds, is one of the state’s top players in the 2013 class. He also reportedly has offers from Michigan and Penn State.
- Several area football players from the 2012 class have received recent scholarship offers, according to ScoutingOhio.com.
Those players include:
* East quarterback Tevin Richards (6-foot-6 and 200 pounds) was offered by Hampton, according to ScoutingOhio.com. It is his first offer.
* St. Vincent-St. Mary running back Matthew Matuska (6 foot, 190) has an offer from Notre Dame College (Ohio).
* St. Vincent-St. Mary senior Sae’Von Fitzgerald (5-9, 170) has offers from North Carolina Central and Notre Dame College (Ohio).
