Louisville junior WR Bobby Swigert (6-1, 175) has been offered by Wisconsin, according to ScoutingOhio.com.
Swigert also has offers from Michigan, Eastern Michigan, Western Michigan, Colorado, Central Michigan, Cincinnati, Toledo, Miami (Ohio), Ohio, Ball State, Kent State, Bowling Green, Pittsburgh, Indiana and Akron.
