Summit County Juvenile Court Judge Linda Tucci Teodosio and attorney Paul B. Hervey of Canton have been elected to serve on the Board of Governors of the Ohio State Bar Association.

Teodosio will serve as the representative of the board's District 11, which covers 1,347 attorneys who reside or practice in Portage and Summit counties.

She was elected to her new post by area lawyers at an OSBA district meeting. She succeeds retiring District 11 representative Ronald S. Kopp, an Akron attorney with Roetzel & Andress, who is OSBA president-elect.

Teodosio also will serve on the board's Government Affairs Committee.

Hervey, with Fitzpatrick Zimmerman & Rose Co., will serve a three-year term as representative of District 14, which is made up of 681 attorneys who reside or practice in Carroll, Stark and Tuscarawas counties.

He also will serve on the board's membership, public and media relations and publications committee.

The 21-member Board of Governors meets monthly. It sets policy, reviews pending legislation and conducts other business on behalf of the 23,000 Ohio lawyers who are OSBA members.

The OSBA is headquartered in Columbus.
