Analyst downgrades YRC shares to 'hold'
Shares of trucking company YRC Worldwide Inc. were downgraded to ''hold'' from ''buy'' by analyst Daniel Scalzi at Matrix USA.
YRC of Overland Park, Kan., which has its Roadway unit based in Akron, fell 30 cents to $16.53 in trading Wednesday. The stock is down 60 percent from a year ago and down 56 percent in 2007.
Graco recalls
infant car seats
Graco Children's Products Inc. said it is voluntarily recalling some SnugRide infant car seats.

Drug maker Glaxo
to buy Reliant
GlaxoSmithKline Plc, Europe's largest drug maker, agreed to buy Reliant Pharmaceuticals Inc. for $1.65 billion in cash to gain heart medicines. Closely held Reliant had $341 million in sales in nine months, London-based Glaxo said.
Truck drivers might
block oil refineries
Independent truck drivers in Britain are threatening blockades of oil refineries to protest fuel prices that have increased more than 12 percent this year.
Haulers said the blockades could begin this month. Truckers and farmers brought refineries to a standstill in 2000 in demonstrations against fuel taxes that led to gasoline rationing in Britain.

Ford's 2005 Five Hundred sedans and 2005-2007 models of its F-250 and F-350 trucks are being investigated by a U.S. safety agency after reports of electrical failures and loss of steering control.
