RPM International Inc. announced John F. Kramer has joined the company as vice president of corporate development. He will work with the corporate team and RPM's operating companies to develop acquisition growth strategies.

Tom Schmidt is the new chief executive officer of the Uniontown land acquisition and development company. J.J. Detweiler sells property for recreational use, second homes and primary residences.

Erin Connors joined the Akron office as an associate in the accounting and auditing department. Miranda DeJarnette joined the Cleveland office as an associate in the accounting and auditing department. Donna Sakony joined the Cleveland office as a manager in the tax department.
