''Anyone with concerns about their mortgage is welcome to call us. We will analyze the situation and recommend a course of action, whether it is seeking credit counseling or working with their current lender to modify or refinance their loan,'' FirstMerit Mortgage Corp. President Tom Finnegan said.
FirstMerit said it is also working with local community development corporations (CDCs) on financing issues.
