Radcom, a professional services consulting firm in Hudson, announced these additions to its staff: Kristen Jackson was hired as a senior project writer and will assist a manufacturing client in a long-term, on-site consulting position; Regina Nasinnyk was hired as a project writer, working on site for a client specializing in real-estate software development; Sharon Jendrisak was hired as a project writer, and will assist with instructional design and technical writing for many of Radcom's clients; Christian Unger was named marketing representative and will seek to match businesses in Northeast Ohio with Radcom's ability to provide instructional design and development and technical communication; Rebecca Martin was promoted to professional services manager, maintaining client relations, managing projects and engaging new clients; Jennifer Beaujon was promoted to editor and project coordinator, assisting professional services managers with project coordination, editing and quality control.

The technology solutions service hired Heidi Baker as administrative assistant, responsible for billing and general administration.
