Ralph J. Lober II has been named president of Consumers Bancorp Inc. and Consumers National Bank. He has been appointed to the board of directors of both the holding company and the bank, and will continue his responsibilities as chief operating officer, overseeing the daily operations of the bank, including the retail branch network, finance and accounting, lending, operations, information technology, risk management and marketing.
