CBIZ, which provides professional business services to help clients manage finances, employees and technology, announced these hires and promotions:
Akron office Carolyn Fenner joined the company as a bookkeeper; Janet Robertson joined as an associate; Naomi Ganoe was promoted to senior manager of CBIZ's tax practice; Jenn Hura was promoted to senior manager of the tax practice; Ron Pavolich was promoted to senior manager of the accounting services practice; Tiffany Herbert was promoted to manager of valuation; and Estelle Kilker was promoted to senior associate of audits.
Cleveland office Ethan McPeake joined the company as an employee benefits producer; Susan Avsec joined as marketing and business development manager for Northeast Ohio; Keith Gregorski, Cynthia Mayer and David Reeves joined as tax managers; Virginia Dickos joined as a tax accountant; Lisa Currutt joined as an assistant controller for the employee services division; Andrew Carr joined as an applications designer; Kathryn French joined as an account manager; Alexandra Kaluszyk and Gina Galbreath joined as account executives.
Richfield office James King was promoted to president of CBIZ Technologies. He will lead the business unit to provide customer service and software solutions.

Ernie Farabaugh was promoted to equity owner and shareholder of the Fairlawn promotion and advertising agency. Russ Kern was promoted to creative director, in charge of developing creative marketing strategies and overseeing the advancement of the creative team.
InfoCision Management Corp.
Mike Eastman of North Canton was promoted to vice president of commercial client services. He will oversee client services for InfoCision's five commercial divisions and lead the development of commercial account teams.
Northwestern Mutual Financial Network
Jeb Stephen was named director of career development for the Leslie Financial Group.
Sterling Jewelers Inc.
Dawn McGuire was promoted to vice president, mall division. She is responsible for merchandising oversight of the diamond fashion, bridal and color areas for the division. Bruce Carter was promoted to vice president, strategic merchandise sourcing and manufacturing division. He is responsible for the coordination of rough diamond manufacturing with the polished department and jewelry-manufacturing department.
SS&G Financial Services
These employees were added to the Cleveland office: Steve Brinker, Michael Fleisher, Ryan Praschan and Ketan Solanki as associates in the accounting and auditing department; Robert Jackson as senior associate in the tax department; Sarah Norman as creative designer in the marketing department; Jeannette Schwartz as administrative assistant in the entrepreneurial services group; and Jenny Sharrier as administrative assistant.
The Akron office added Megan Blair as an associate in the tax department and Laura Gilbert as an administrative assistant in the retirement plan design and administration department.
SS&G Healthcare Services added these employees: Tracy Baus and Jovita Williams as billing specialists in the Akron office; and Larry Bitting as an IT specialist in the Akron office.
