PartsSource, an Aurora company that provides replacement parts for medical equipment, has raised $50 million in venture funding, according to Dow Jones Financial Information Services.
Polaris Venture Partners led the round, joined by Primus Capital, Polaris Principal Jason Trevisan said.
Trevisan said the company's new funding will help it to reinforce its lead in the market.
''What we're trying to do is cement the relationships with the technicians as well as the hospital systems so they remain the leading marketplace for replacement parts,'' he said.
