Presidential candidates Barack Obama and John McCain have put forth different proposals for changing the health-care system in America. But what impact would either plan have on a household budget?

• Families USA: http://www.familiesusa.org/election-2008/report. Lists features of each candidate's health plan, and 10 areas where they differ.
