Kent State University's Tuscarawas County branch will host the next Going Global: International Trade Forum on Jan. 9.
The forum will focus on Ohio's agricultural and food export industry, with speaker Tim Sword of the Ohio Department of Agriculture.
Ohio is a leading food exporter with annual global sales totaling about $1.8 billion last year.
The free event will begin at 9 a.m. at the Science and Advanced Technology Building, Room 113, at 330 University Drive, New Philadelphia.
