The J.M. Smucker Co. announced the promotion of Mark R. Belgya to senior vice president and chief financial officer. He joined the company in 1985 and has held several positions in accounting and finance. Dennis J. Armstrong was promoted to senior vice president, Supply Chain Logistics and Operations Support. He has been with the company for 30 years and served in a variety of positions in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Wheaton & Sprague Engineering
Kevin Cole joined the Stow company as senior staff specialist. He will provide senior technical leadership in design, consultation and engineering for building envelope systems.
WRL Advertising
Jennifer Spurrier joined the firm as the fall 2009 graphic intern. She will assist the art department with the creation of graphics, advertising layouts and logo designs.

Danielle J. Kimmell was promoted to partner in the Akron-based regional audit and accounting firm. She focuses on large, middle-market, privately held companies in various industries.

Cynthia Householder, manager of the company's Canton office, was appointed vice president. She is responsible for recruiting 26 new agents in the Canton office the past two years. Kristine Burdick, manager of the company's Akron office, was appointed vice president. The Akron office has been recognized as the company's top office for several years in the Ohio division.

DeBaltzo was appointed vice president, business development officer. She is responsible for providing financial solutions to existing and prospective small business clients. Greg Perram was appointed vice president, wealth management adviser. He is responsible for wealth advisory services, including investment management, private banking, wealth planning, risk management and trust and estate planning for Fifth Third Private Bank.

Ken E. Marblestone was named president of Charter One in Ohio. He previously served as the head of the Specialized Industries group at Charter One in Michigan.

Jason Skala joined the Stow office as an IT specialist, with skills in computer network management. Julie Siller joined the Stow office as a marketing assistant. She will augment the social media efforts of the company.
