Olivia Wakeling was appointed executive director. She has worked more than five years with the Salvation Army’s Akron office. She is the president of the Kiwanis Club of Akron and a board member of the Akron Roundtable.
Brett Malone was promoted to senior director of internal audit. He will replace Thom Gary, who is retiring in August. Bob Milligan was promoted to director of compliance audit. A certified public accountant, he has been with the company since 2004, and has more than 29 years of accounting and audit experience. Russ Williams was promoted to senior director of finance. His responsibilities include building a post-acquisition integration program, assimilating RPM’s new operating company financial managers into its monthly financial calendar and processes, implementing monthly balance sheet analyses and leading a foreign exchange review program.
Rumpke Waste & Recycling
William (Bill) J. Rumpke Jr. was named president and CEO by the board of directors and shareholders. He has spent 38 years working for Rumpke, beginning as a general laborer, driver and manager before founding Rumpke’s Central Ohio hauling market in 1988. During his 12-year tenure as chief operating officer, he worked on new developments in recycling and sustainability, along with soaring revenues.
Jeff LeBeau was promoted to vice president of sales and marketing. He is responsible for sales and marketing, sales operations, new business development, outward WRL marketing initiatives and strategic planning.
Crown Point Ecology Center
Nancy Wolf was selected by Crown Point’s board of directors as executive director. She has management, marketing, computer and administrative experience in nonprofit and for profit organizations.
