Kent State University’s Stark Campus will host a Nov. 29 program on regulating Ohio’s oil and gas industry.
The program will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in Kent State’s Main Hall auditorium, 6000 Frank Ave. NW, Jackson Township.
The program will be presented by two Roetzel & Andress attorneys: Robert B. Casarona and Shane A. Farolino.
They will review Senate Bill 315, Ohio’s newest law on gas and oil, as well as Ohio regulations on setbacks, chemical disclosure, requirements for pre-drilling, groundwater testing and permitting.
The program is being presented by Kent State Stark and the Canton Small Business Development Center.
Registration is $10 per person or $15 per couple and can be done online at www.cantonsbdc.
