Summer experience for high school students to expand from downtown into neighborhoods
A summer arts program for Akron high school students received a nod of approval from City Council Monday night. The council approved slightly more than $96,000 for the 2008 Lock 3 Summer Arts Experience, which this year expands from downtown to include a neighborhood component called Neighborhood Canvas Project.
