Susan E. Baker was recently chosen to Ohio Super Lawyers 2008. Susan represents employers at all levels of administrative and state courts in workers' compensation. She is certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a specialist in workers' compensation. She has successfully litigated cases before the Ohio Supreme Court and District Appellate Courts. Susan is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Workers' Compensation Committee; and the Wayne, Medina and American Bar Associations. She was chair of and is currently on the Boards of Directors of Wadsworth Rittman Hospital and the Wayne Economic Development Council. A graduate of Case Western Reserve University, Susan has been a presenter at seminars for advanced workers' compensation practitioners.Susan joined Critchfield, Critchfield & Johnston in 1992 and is a Member of the firm.
